This place is the worst place I've ever been to.. I thought they were supposed to make fresh coffee. It's not fresh if it's coming out of an holding tank and tastes like metal.. garbage let me tell you the worst I can't say it enough the worst place ever...

I wish I could give 0 stars...Every time I go to this Dunkin they mess up my order. I went there recently and got a medium iced coffee with caramel mocha and 2 creams and a medium iced coffee with 2 creams and no ice. After them having me repeat it 6 times and waiting 20 minutes until someone realized I hadn't got my coffee yet, they finally give me my order. Now here's the problem. They gave me a large on both, which I was fine with it doesn't really matter, but for the fact that when they gave me my car/mocha coffee it had milk instead and no mocha, and when I handed my mom her coffee she said it was so disgustingly bitter she couldn't drink it. You would think they would realize when there is no mocha, since it usually makes the coffee a brown color, but they didn't so I asked her if she could fix it. After her giving me a dirty look she fixed it and handed it to me. I thanked her and walked out. The next day I got the same thing. I figured I'd try again to see if maybe they would get it right. NOPE. They handed me my coffee and after driving off I realize there is literally 6 pieces of ice and when I took a drink it was watered down and disgusting. I don't pay $3 for disgusting coffee. Now I only go to the Madison ave Dunkin. They get it right every time.
